Overview
Sell MRI Occupier software to large UK corporate occupiers, managing full sales cycle.

Tasks
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities within MS Dynamics. -Conduct in-depth needs analysis and recommend tailored MRI Occupier solutions that address complex client requirements. -Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement within MS Dynamics. -Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprise clients. -Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers to understand their business needs and present compelling value propositions for MRI Occupier. -Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success. -Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. -Manage and respond to complex RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions. -Represent MRI Software at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. -Proactively identify and pursue new enterprise-level opportunities for MRI Occupier within the UK market.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. -Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large, enterprise-level deals. -Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. -Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex deal structures. -Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers. -Strong understanding of the UK enterprise market and business culture. -Willingness to travel within the UK as required. -Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipelines. -Minimum of 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets. -Strong understanding of the occupier real estate market and technology solutions, ideally with experience selling occupier-focused software.
