-Strategic, forward-thinking leader with the ability to translate vision into measurable impact. -Must be local to Minnesota -Background in manufacturing, construction, or industrial technology preferred. -20+ years of progressive technology leadership, including 5+ at the executive level. -Hands-on experience with ERP modernization, AI/ML integration, and BIM/Revit/AutoCAD environments. -Experience leading a commercial or SaaS software business a strong plus. -Proven success driving digital transformation across IT, OT, and product platforms. -Cannot require sponsorship -Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred -Expertise in M&A due diligence and technology integration.
