Tasks

-Manage the employee lifecycle - from advertising and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. -Be a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, leave, and employment terms. -Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining records, updating databases, and ensuring payroll accuracy. -Stay up to date with HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the business. -Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when working with employee information. -Support and advise leaders on recruitment, performance, training, wellbeing initiatives, and workplace relations.

What You Bring

-A relevant tertiary qualification (or be working towards one), or proven HR experience. -An understanding of Australian labour laws. -At least 3 years of experience providing HR advice and support, including recruitment. -A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for improving the employee experience. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Strong computer and organisational skills. -Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation.
