The Role

Overview

Design and plan telecom OSP fiber networks for AT&T projects in NAM region.

Tasks

-Execute Outside Plant (OSP) fiber planning and design activities including: Field survey interpretation High-Level Design (HLD) Low-Level Design (LLD) Permitting Traffic Control Plans Business-As-Usual (BAU) designs Service order designs -Prepare and manage permitting plans and documentation. -Handle various AT&T project scopes such as Light Gig IFP scopes (F1, F2, F2.5, F3), ASE, BAU, long haul, Structure Access, Legal Mandates, Road Moves and Restoration Projects.

What You Bring

-Prior experience with AT&T scopes is a strong advantage. -2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in telecom planning and design, specifically for the NAM region. -Ability to perform Quality Checks (QC), QA, validation, and delivery tasks across multiple AT&T scopes. -Expertise in GPON architecture and distribution network planning (F1, F2, F2.5, F3). -Strong understanding of AT&T specifications and standards in various markets. -Proficiency in AT&T design tools including ARAMIS DT, WALDO, and IQ GEO. -Low-Level Design (LLD) -High-Level Design (HLD) -Experience in multiple planning and design technologies and quality control methodologies. -Ability to mentor and train junior team members on AT&T standards and practices. -In-depth knowledge of FTTP network topologies including SFU, MDU, and BIZ dense job specifications. -Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. -Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
