-Escalate issues within IT Services and Operations when service levels deteriorate. -Collaborate across teams and engage with business leadership to ensure operational continuity. -Monitor service availability across infrastructure and application landscapes, ensuring uptime and security KPIs are met. -Resolve complex technical problems independently, applying established frameworks and procedures. -Operate with autonomy under broad managerial supervision.

We’re seeking an experienced IT Site Operations Specialist to provide service assurance and operational support across a complex IT landscape for our Oil & Gas client. -Experience with infrastructure components and application landscapes. -Strong understanding of IT service assurance and operational monitoring. -Familiarity with escalation protocols and service level management. -Experience working in freelance or contract-based IT roles. -Exposure to upstream asset environments or similar site-based operations. -Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders. -Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
