Overview
Lead all operational, financial and people strategies for Sitton Flooring business.

Tasks
-Build a selling culture across the region. -Share strategic plans with market leaders, engage stakeholders, and integrate updated processes into daily operations. -Perform month-end close of financials. -Make recommendations/take action as needed to balance current needs with mid and long-term business growth. -Lead markets through annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly plan development/execution. -Develop, train and retain a high performing team. -Partner with Finance to set budgets, forecast performance, and track KPIs with a focus on meeting/exceeding goals. -Lead the sales, installation and customer service teams in the execution of daily business. -Work alongside the entire Empire leadership team to achieve consistency and alignment. -Create/implement plans to capture market share and opportunities, reduce risks, and outpace local competitors.

What You Bring
-Experience in home improvement or home services industry preferred. -The ability to physically and mentally perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. -Experience leading a multi-site Operations and $30M+ business unit. -Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time on an overnight basis. -Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Strong B2B service orientation and experience. -Demonstrated ability to deliver operational, service level, and financial targets over a multi-year period, including appropriate year-over-year improvements. -Proficient computer skills with fluency in MS Office. -Experience with significant budget accountability and facilities oversight preferred. -15 + years of multi-functional and multi-site management (incl. operators, service, admin, etc.), with at least 5 years’ regional/multi-facility responsibility and experience. -Experience with both employee and contractor workforces. -Proven track record in leadership, prioritization, and follow up in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. -Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
