Cleaner Associate

Overview

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of residential community areas and vacant units.

Tasks

-Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas -Ensure proper and accurate inventory management -Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly -Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups -Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required

What You Bring

-Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment -Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting -Working knowledge of English both verbal and written -Excellent time-management skills -Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service -Own reliable vehicle -2 years cleaning experience required -Familiarity with technology is an asset -Valid driver’s license -Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment -Group RRSP matching
