Fabricates, installs & maintains HVAC sheet metal systems, leads team, ensures safety.

Tasks

-Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs all types of HVAC related sheet metal products and equipment. -Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. -May act as a lead or first-level supervisor. -Involves lifting and moving heavy materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes and other activities as needed. -Documents work by completing paperwork and backup documentation.

What You Bring

-Experience with blueprint reading and layout. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to stand for long periods of time. -Self-starter, high energy level and possess physical stamina. -Current journeyman license or able to obtain. -Able to multi-task and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally. -Effective communicator with customers and management. -OSHA training; upholds and mentors a high standard of safety at all times. -Works under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems. -In-depth knowledge of dry-side commercial applications and design.
