What You Bring

We are seeking a highly accomplished Architect at Director or Partner level to provide strategic leadership and drive the continued growth of an established architectural team within a respected and long-standing multidisciplinary consultancy. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and lead. -Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance design quality and business performance. -Chartered Architect with significant post-qualification experience and recognised leadership credentials. -Proven ability to generate new business, supported by an established professional network. -Demonstrable experience of managing large-scale projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Benefits

Liverpool or Manchester - £80,000 - £100,000 + Package -A senior leadership appointment with the potential for equity/partnership. -A highly competitive package with performance-related incentives.
