The Role
Overview
Assist loan officers with application data entry, document management, and loan processing.

Tasks
-Participate in weekly file reviews with Loan Originator & Supervisor. -Update or correct data from new loan application that is required for Borrower approval through use of loan software. -Work cooperatively with and maintain effective communication and working relationship with customers, co-workers, and manager. -Print new application with supporting documents, prepare files for order out and processing review. -Facilitate the submitting of loans in a timely manner. -Track all outstanding items on all files and follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation.

What You Bring
-Loan processing experience a minimum of 2-5 years. -Some exposure to marketing and/or preparation of advertising materials. -Demonstrated experience with accurate data entry, strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Must possess good judgment, be able to accept responsibility and handle confidential information. -Tennessee Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS) required -Ability to obtain Additional Mortgage Loan Originator Licenses (NMLS) required as needed per production needs -Strong ability and desire to work with others, both employees and customers, in a cooperative and professional manner. -Encompass experience a minimum of 1 year. -Excellent communication skills -- phone, personal contact and written. -Weekly travel within the state. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required. -This position will require / requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the terms of the Safe Act of 2008. -Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel.
