Tasks

-Monitor and manage the performance of ongoing planning projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards -Oversee the development of infrastructure models and simulations to gauge impact and performance against projected outcomes -Lead and mentor a team of planners and engineers to deliver comprehensive infrastructure planning solutions that anticipate future needs -Define and execute the strategic infrastructure planning framework, ensuring alignment with the master development plan and overall company objectives -Promote sustainable best practices in infrastructure planning, ensuring environmental considerations are integrated into all projects -Establish collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, community representatives, and external consultants, to ensure effective project execution -Conduct detailed feasibility studies, risk assessments, and scenario analyses to inform long-term planning decisions -Regularly present planning updates, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team, ensuring transparency and alignment

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders -Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is strongly preferred -A minimum of 20 years of experience in infrastructure planning with a focus on large-scale projects, including significant leadership roles -Expertise in strategic infrastructure planning principles, land use planning, and environmental impact assessments -Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage complex projects effectively -Relevant professional certifications are a significant advantage -Familiarity with planning software and technologies relevant to infrastructure development
