Lead APAC data centre consulting, secure client deals and drive front‑end engineering.

Tasks

Win and grow consulting work across APAC. Nurture senior client relationships and lead all upfront engineering - test fits, technical briefs, feasibility and scope - so delivery teams receive a clear, buildable mandate. -Lead test fits, capacity planning and high-level design narratives (electrical SLDs or mechanical HLDs). -Track pipeline and report pursuit metrics. Coach a small pre-contract team where required. -Hand clean packages to design managers and stay visible at key gates. -Build proposals, SOWs, deliverables and fee models with clear inclusions and exclusions. -Run early-stage scoping workshops. Capture requirements and translate them into a concise technical brief. -Align solutions to internal standards and local codes while documenting risks, assumptions and options. -Coordinate with A/E partners and internal discipline leads to de-risk utility, site and permitting constraints. -Present options with cost, schedule and performance trade-offs.

What You Bring

Singapore or Australia. Regular regional travel. -Clear written and verbal communication. Fast, accurate documentation. -Visibility with senior decision makers and a platform to shape standard offers. -Strong client relationship skills and executive presence. -Solid commercial sense - proposals, fees, pricing levers and change control. -Deep data centre background in mechanical or electrical within an engineering consultancy. -Proven pre-contract leadership on large DC pursuits. -Confident coordinating across A/E, Design, Construction interface and Operations stakeholders. -Own key client relationships with hyperscalers, developers and colos.

Benefits

Salary: circa $360k + bonus + shares -Hybrid setup and can be based in either Singapore or Australia -Generous share scheme & bonus
