Coordinate technician schedules, service requests, and communications as a dispatcher.

Tasks
-Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs successfully -Managing data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region -Providing world-class support to internal teams and customers — always with professionalism and urgency -Managing real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to ensure technician schedules are up to date -Coordinating daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work -Communicating service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management -Tracking service history, updates, and customer communications in the database -Collaborating with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls -Verifying technician check-ins/outs and confirming IVR compliance

What You Bring
-Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment -Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching -Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours -Top-notch communication skills — written and verbal -Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs -Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Previous dispatch experience (service industry preferred) -Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking -Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer -Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day -Continuously able to work in office environment -High-level computer skills, especially in Excel
