Tasks

-Carry out routine inspections to ensure safety of all residents -Assist with all operational aspects and security associated with the community -Ensuring the community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard -Providing a high level of customer service to all residents -Coordination and engagement of external trades and contractors -Work closely with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a prestigious Lifestyle Community Living Environment -Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources

What You Bring

-This is a hands-on position, so you are required to be physically fit for the demands of the role -Experience permanent resident facility management while living on site -Exceptional good customer service skills -A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working autonomously to operational requirements -General gardening duties, experience with swimming management preferred
