We are seeking a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead market engagement and growth initiatives in the rapidly evolving humanoid robotics space. This role is critical to mapping humanoid applications and critical product segments, identifying potential business opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building relationships with early adopters across different market verticals. This is a high-impact role with visibility and ownership in a fast-growing strategic business initiative.

  • Experience in a high-tech or industrial company with innovation-driven business models
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage business building
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, tradeshows, and conferences as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with humanoid or mobile robot technologies, AI-driven systems, or real-world deployments.
  • Ability to work in matrixed, fast-paced environments across global teams
