In this role, you will lead projects from design development through construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and a talented internal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a studio that values initiative, mentorship, and design excellence. -Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and communicate effectively with clients -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program -5–12 years of professional experience in architecture -Strong proficiency in Revit and coordination of technical documentation -Solid understanding of building codes, detailing, and construction processes -Licensure or active path to licensure preferred -Experience across commercial, education, or civic sectors preferred
