Tasks
-Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and phase-out, ensuring alignment with business objectives. -Can assess and analyse competitor portfolios and propositions to determine future positioning? -Analyse sector trends, competitor portfolios, and system performance to identify opportunities for growth. -Work with Technical, Marketing, and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate product literature, effective campaigns, and market recognition. -Analyse portfolio performance by customer, sector, and KPIs, managing pricing, margins, and promotional activities. -Conduct annual range reviews, develop go-to-market strategies, and manage product imports to achieve portfolio goals. -Maintain robust document control in line with CCPI principles. -Develop category and product strategies aligned with business goals, market intelligence, and customer feedback. -Build customer frameworks to identify unmet needs and opportunities, leveraging insights to justify NPD and portfolio enhancements. -Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. -Influence change, build relationships, and network confidently. -Drive new product development (NPD) and product extensions to meet market demands and sustainable revenue targets.

What You Bring
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product innovation, shape market positioning, and drive business growth. This role involves leveraging market trends, customer insights, and system performance data to craft impactful strategies that align with Knauf’s overarching business objectives. -Have you successfully applied the above skills in a technical and highly regulated industry? -Competent user of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital tools (LinkedIn, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, email platforms). -Have you used insights and job outcomes from varying customer types to develop a category/product strategy aligned with business goals and ambitions? -Data interpretation, budget management, ROI calculation experience. -Experience in integrated marketing campaigns (construction, manufacturing, or B2B preferred). -CIM Marketing or business qualification. -Experience working with sales, product, and specification teams; strong project management and communication skills.
