Overview

Drive sales of Hilti's ON!Track & fleet solutions to construction clients in MD, VA, DC

Tasks

-Building the competence for solution selling in collaboration with the sales leadership team. -Provide sales organization with product expertise and support resources. -Prepare assigned region(s) and local sales teams for product and service launches and upgrades. -Maintain knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services (i.e. Fleet, LTS, etc.) -Focus on business development of Hilti software & services in a defined geographic area among current and prospective customers. -Coordinate efforts of entire team of Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and marketing team members with a goal of improving market reach of Hilti software & services. -Collaborate with sales leadership team. -With a Consultative approach, will conduct onsite analysis for ON!Track and coordinate Tool Park Analysis, including developing customer‐specific optimized solutions. -Support customers after contract signing, through the implementation, training, and ongoing usage of ON!Track and Fleet Management solutions. -Present customer‐specific solutions with sales management team to decision maker. -Analyze sales results, review customer fact base, identify key trades and customer potential to develop tactical sales strategy. -Assist with training of new field specialists and assist with launch readiness in their MSA. -Communicate with customers to identify new market opportunities relevant to local market. -Visit construction jobsites and offices to demonstrate Hilti's value proposition to key stakeholders within customer’s organization. -Steer pipeline management in sales process in collaboration with the sales team and support the execution of process from lead generation to contract closing. -Facilitate startup as well as ongoing training for new and existing customers. -Plan and participate in trade shows and other industry events.

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members -Training experience preferred -Willingness to travel up to 50% during first 2 months of training -High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills -Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required -Minimum of three (3) years consultative selling, specifically to c-suite executives, required -Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required -Strong verbal and written communication skills
