Tasks

Coordinate introductions between investors and RVC’s leadership and capital markets team. Follow up with potential investors, helping guide them through the investment process. Source and cultivate relationships with accredited investors and family offices. Maintain organized records of outreach and investor communications. You will focus on introducing RVC to qualified investors—individuals, family offices, wealth managers, and RIAs—and facilitating their participation in our investment vehicles and project-specific syndications.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected professional to assist in raising equity capital for Rose Valley Capital’s active and upcoming multifamily investment offerings and investment vehicle (fund). This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone with an existing investor network, strong relationship-building skills, and a desire to earn substantial income based on results. Transparent reporting and investor communication tools. Existing relationships with HNW individuals, accredited investors, family offices, or RIA networks. Present Rose Valley’s investment platform and track record in a professional and compliant manner. Proven experience in capital raising, investment sales, or private wealth management. Familiarity with multifamily or private real estate investing preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
