Tasks

-Immediately report safety and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel -Ensure weights and methods are accurate and all regulatory requirements are met -Follow GMP(s) and QCP(s) at all times -Identity theft monitoring -Coordinate with multiple departments to meet production demands -Train and instruct other team members how to properly operate equipment -Interface with basic manufacturing computer systems for inventory and machine control -Operate specific equipment within a designated area as directed by work instructions -Assemble, setup and disassemble multiple types of production equipment for processing and packaging -Meet daily production goals and requirements -Responsible for product quality and makes adjustments to equipment as necessary -Performs autonomous maintenance -Operate and maintain 6S of key production equipment not limited to a specific manufacturing area
