The Role

Overview

Perform maintenance and repairs on retail facility systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.) in MA/RI.

Tasks

-Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. -Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. -Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner. -Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities. -Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. -Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. -Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

What You Bring

-Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. -Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. -Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Corrigo experience is a plus. -Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. -Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. -Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, provide estimated time of completion and materials needed to complete the repair. -Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. -High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver’s License required.
