Mobile Technician

Overview

Perform maintenance and repairs on retail facility systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.) in MA/RI.

Tasks

-Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety. -Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. -Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner. -Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities. -Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. -Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. -Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

-Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. -Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Corrigo experience is a plus. -Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. -Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. -Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, provide estimated time of completion and materials needed to complete the repair. -Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. -High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver’s License required.
