Tasks

-Model the Equinix cultures and values, including transformational leadership behaviors -Programmatically provide GTM leaders & BU stakeholders with insight into program adoption and impact -Leverage metrics to identify trends, information gaps, adoption and areas for improvement. -In partnership with the Enablement services leader, establish and lead a process for enablement intake that involves the Enablement Partners in order to best prioritize enablement resources and align to key business stakeholders. -Establish a cadence for gathering user feedback to better understand needs and identify opportunities -Identifies which form of enablement best fits the desired objectives of a program including comms, enablement assets (one pagers, short form video, decks, playbooks etc) and learning interventions (live sessions, eLearning, in-person etc) and combines to create a full end-to-end enablement approach -Own the enablement strategy, for all key CRO org roles including partners globally, which involves collaborating with the Enablement Business Partners, GTM Operations leadership and Product Marketing to identify priorities and requirements for providing high quality and high impact enablement programs. -Establish and develop proficiency frameworks for key CRO role persona's in order to invest in the continual development of skills, knowledge and acumen for those key roles. -Advisory and consultative skillset to provide guidance to our content authors and contributors to improve how we build and content and engaging learning experiences -Create a strategy and cadence for assessing enablement program effectiveness based on metrics, user feedback, and Enablement Partner insights and leverage these findings to continually refine and evolve enablement programs to drive maximum engagement. -Lead a high performing team responsible for developing high quality end-to-end enablement programs to be consumed by internal and partner roles which encapsulate assets, communications, and learning interventions to achieved desired business outcomes. -Provide leadership and guidance for escalations to other GTM Ops orgs and business stakeholders -Own the end-to-end development of enablement programs to support all high priority operational excellence initiatives emanating from the Digital and Innovation office as well and high priority sales plays emanating from Product marketing. -Ensure accountability across the team for the landing of key enablement programs in the field focused on the achievement of agreed business outcomes. -Manage the teams’ performance by motivating, engaging, and providing coaching -Challenge existing enablement processes based on best practice and trends to achieve best-in-class approach -Collaborate with Enablement Business Partners to identify field enablement priorities and prioritize these against CRO organizational priorities coming from further upstream.

What You Bring

-Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business and ensure program strategies are aligned to business needs. -Strong background in program design and production, applying enablement and learning methodologies and a diverse set of learning experience modalities -Ability to multi-task and remain hyper-organization to shift quickly between various topics, projects and audiences throughout the day -Adept at building and expanding business acumen, and coaching team accordingly, to drive audience relevant enablement that is impactful -Expertise implementing innovative Enablement programs and tools to deliver content aligned to target audiences and changing way learners consume information -Ability to make the complex simple and frame information through the eyes of the user -5+ years experience in high tech GTM motions spanning Sales/Channel/Care -Experience building & delivering holistic strategies for multiple initiatives -Extensive experience/10+ years in enablement -Proven track record of effective collaboration and ability to influence at all levels of an organization -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly synthesize, interpret and simplify complex information -Solid experience in transformational project management capabilities -Proactive, self- directed and results-oriented -Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment -Strong project and change management skills
