Welcoming front‑desk staff handling visitor security, access control and admin tasks.

Tasks
-Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and colleagues, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. -Maintain a secure and organised reception area, managing access control and adhering to visitor management procedures. -Support with administrative tasks such as telephone handling, emails, photocopying, printing, and stationery checks. -Operate the Visitor Management System (BluePoint) confidently, issuing passes and managing access permissions accurately. -Monitor and report any security or safety concerns, ensuring the safety of all occupants and visitors. -Collaborate effectively with colleagues, site management, and tenants to ensure smooth daily operations. -Complete daily reports, incident logs, and asset registers (e.g. radios, keys, lost & found) accurately and on time. -Uphold company policies, SOPs, and Health & Safety standards at all times.

What You Bring
-Organisational and problem-solving abilities -Deliver front-of-house excellence through exceptional presentation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. -Ability to multi-task and stay attentive under pressure -SIA Security Guard (SG) licence -Excellent communication and customer service skills -Excellent IT skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams -Strong knowledge of reception systems (BluePoint or similar)
