Tasks

-Design and deliver programmes for tech leads and senior teams. Facilitate workshops, run Leadership University initiatives, and coach leaders to build capability. -Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, and Support. Contribute to launches, retrospectives, transformations, and strategic initiatives. Advise on learning and development solutions. -Apply consulting frameworks to assess needs, challenge assumptions, and guide stakeholders to the right solutions—whether skills, process, leadership, or culture. -Track outcomes beyond satisfaction scores. Use Power BI to report on behaviour change and business impact, and refine strategies continuously. -Drive initiatives like tech upskilling, strategic thinking, and leadership development. Diagnose root causes and design solutions that enable behavioural and performance change.

What You Bring

-Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, both virtually and in person -Technically confident with AI tools, learning platforms (360Learning is a plus), Excel and modern learning methods -Adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Make informed decisions with limited data and iterate in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. -Naturally curious, quick to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at influencing without authority -Commercially aware, able to link learning initiatives to business outcomes and speak the language of commercial teams -Experienced in L&D or Organizational Development, working closely with technical, product or engineering teams before ideally within a tech, SaaS or product led organisation -Strong consulting mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes and apply structured frameworks -Can quickly grasp technical concepts like agile, DevOps, and CI/CD, and understand how they shape learning needs even without a technical background.
