  • Support logistics and feedback tracking for training sessions and OCM programs
  • Draft and update project charters and plans, and help update performance reports/dashboards
  • Assist in the creation and improvement of PMO templates, trackers, and status reports
  • Draft internal communications, FAQs, and stakeholder updates
  • Identify and implement ways to automate or streamline PMO tasks
  • Organize and maintain project documentation in SharePoint and Teams
  • Assist with stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and survey coordination
  • Maintain project schedules, update timelines, and track task completion
  • Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Perform other related project coordination and OCM tasks with a proactive, people-focused approach

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM or Smartsheet is considered an asset

  • Approachable and confident working across departments
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
