The Role

Overview

Assist with tenancy admin, referencing, viewings, and compliance for city centre apartments.

Tasks

You’ll coordinate tenancy administration, referencing, and move-in documentation, maintain compliance records, and update management systems, while also assisting with viewings and enquiries where required. -Record and track deposits, rents, and move in funds. -Liaise with aftercare and on site maintenance team to ensure properties are ready for occupation. -Prepare welcome packs and move in documentation for new tenants. -Manage referencing and tenant applications through referencing software. -Support the Lettings Negotiator with enquiries, viewings, and applicant qualification as required. -Support reporting activities such as weekly vacancy, enquiry, and performance updates. -Draft and send tenancy agreements. -Update CRM and property management systems. -Coordinate tenancy administration, ensuring all documentation is issued correctly.

What You Bring

-Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach. -Strong organisational and multitasking skills. -Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. -Experience in lettings or property administration . -Competent with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital signing platforms. -Must hold a full UK driving licence. -Understanding of lettings compliance (training will be provided).
