The Role

Overview

Supervise day‑to‑day field construction activities, safety, schedule, quality and relationships.

Tasks

-Build and maintain Owner, Architect, Trade Partner & Supplier relationships -Conduct and attend pre-construction, progress, and other project and staff meetings -Implement project schedules ensuring upcoming events are on track and being proactively attended to -Ensure that all projects are performed by contract and quality standards -Promote and maintain safety, health, and cleanliness on the job site -Participate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives -Maintain daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs, and E-mail correspondence -Schedule and direct the daily activities of work and take necessary actions to ensure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality, and process are met

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite -Excellent organizational, Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills -Ability to work non-traditional hours -Experience with construction management software (Procore), a plus but not required -3+ years of experience in supervising commercial construction -Ability to travel
