Tasks

Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns that attract target brands. Act as the key point of contact for tenants throughout the leasing cycle — from first meeting to deal closure and post-occupancy support. Showcase USPs such as location advantages, footfall data, amenities, and brand positioning. Maintain accurate records of all leasing inquiries, negotiations, agreements, and renewals. Conduct regular market surveys to monitor rental trends, vacancy rates, and competitive developments. Ensure timely follow-ups on lease expiry and initiate renegotiations well in advance. Liaise with the legal team to draft, review, and finalize lease agreements in line with company policies. Maintain regular interaction with existing tenants to address concerns and encourage renewals. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reputed national & international brands. Organize property tours and presentations for prospective tenants. Submit weekly/monthly reports to management on leasing performance, pipeline status, and market updates. Build a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities with premium brands across retail, F&B, corporate, and lifestyle sectors. Negotiate lease terms, rental values, escalation clauses, and fit-out periods to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Identify emerging business categories and recommend tenant mix improvements to enhance property appeal. Coordinate with operations and facilities teams to ensure spaces are ready for tenant visits and handovers. Identify and target prospective tenants through direct outreach, broker networks, and referrals.

What You Bring

-3 to 4 year’s of experience in commercial leasing premium offices. -Understanding of market trends & leasing processes. -MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/ Sales / Real Estate will be Preferred. -Strong network with national & international brands.
