Tasks

-Ensures that production staff is adhering to all applicable safety standards; -Provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership while directly supervising production staff to meet the established production and quality standards; -Provides the team with the scope of the project objectives; -Meets project objectives by forecasting job requirements and potential barriers -Assures compliance with corporate regulations pertaining to Human Resources and Safety. -Works with established priorities, controls process and works with presenting solution to resolve issues to maintain project goals. -Works to improve production processes and procedures.
