Tasks

-Preparing and reviewing geotechnical reports and assessments -Conducting proof-of-concept checks, slope stability, and settlement analyses -Designing foundations, cuttings, embankments, and retaining structures -Developing earthworks specifications and mitigation measures for legacy mining sites -Contributing to Geotechnical Design Reports and feedback in line with CD622

What You Bring

-Degree in Civil Engineering or Geology with a postgraduate qualification in Geotechnical Engineering -Chartered status (CEng or equivalent) -Strong technical understanding of EC7 and UK design codes -Proficient in geotechnical software (Rocscience and Geo5 preferred) -Experience preparing drawings (ARC GIS and CAD desirable) -Excellent communication and report-writing skills -Confident managing client relationships and leading design delivery -Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
