  • The task requires the person extract the cost details used by the LSU’s (various factories/RDC’s) and validate their correctness using benchmark reports
  • He/she is needed to process these incoming requests and extend the price for the requested products as per the guidelines shared. Some of the cases might not have a past reference hence he/she is expected to reach out to multiple stakeholders to get the required details to process such requests
  • This role would act as the SPOC for all transfer price requests of NEMA products. Involves receiving requests from various stakeholders for extension of pricing data for NEMA products as required for the respective LSU

  • Needs high level of attention to detail to spot large swings (upside/downside), outliers (that impact margin adversely. Strong knowledge of excel including automation tools to design & implement rules to run this process efficiently. (Including VBA Macros).
  • The role requires seamless collaboration between stakeholders spread across geographies and time zones – hence agility and speed of response is very vital success criteria. Needs strong written & oral communication skills to understand the nature of requests coming in and judge the appropriate guideline to be applied.
  • Ability to create custom queries in SAP to extract data- requires knowledge of SAP Table structures
  • Must to have skills: Advanced MS Excel skills including Macros & VBA and advanced PowerPoint skills. Ability to get into the most granular details of technical/ implementation/ operational issues.
  • Needs to take complete accountability & ownership of the process and work independently. Requires high cognitive skills - ability to work with little information, breakdown complex business problems, detailed oriented and reasoning skills.
  • Good to have hand on experience with data modeling/transformation using SQL
  • 5 to 10 years of prior experience in pricing processes/business processes optimization
  • Finance or MBA background would be preferred. Good to have skills in Power BI/ Tableau
  • Requires a process mindset to streamline a diverse type of requests and maintain records and documentation for every case resolved.
