Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Chief Engineer at located in Ewing, NJ, overseeing a Courtyard and SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The Area Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of multiple hotel properties, ensuring that facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition. Daily tasks include managing maintenance staff, handling preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
