Overview

Assist sales with customer service, quotes, market research, and onsite learning in asphalt.

Tasks

-access or use the online application process and need an alternative method for applying -Shadow Sales team members and travel to various jobsites to gain hands-on experience. -Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. -complete any part of the application process -Contribute to marketing initiatives that promote products and services. -Sometimes driving long distances to job sites -Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events. -Maintain detailed customer records using automated systems. -Support the Sales team by developing a pipeline of projects and coordinating job-site services. -Prepare and submit accurate quotes, contracts, and pricing strategies for projects. -Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. -Provide superior levels of customer service to each customer by understanding and meeting client needs.

What You Bring

-Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Must be actively working towards a college degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. -Ability to utilize hands and fingers in order to type and carry reports should the need require -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. -Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch should the need arise -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Ability to see clearly or with assistance via necessary correction -Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. -Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data. -Ability to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands throughout the workday should the need arise -Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to sit for a long period of time, possibly more than 90% of the workday
