Tasks

-Prepare reports and summaries for project leadership and stakeholders. -Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Track contract changes, amendments, and claims, and ensure timely processing. -Review, draft, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. -Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to mitigate contractual risks. -Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. -Monitor contract compliance and performance, ensuring all parties meet their obligations. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors. -Support project teams in interpreting contract terms and resolving disputes or issues.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. -Certification in Contract Management (e.g., NCMA, CCCM, CPCM) is an asset. -Regular, reliable attendance -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects. -Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. -Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts (e.g., CCDC, FIDIC), and procurement processes. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -4+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
