What You Bring

-Over 3+ years supporting clients in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Automation Tool Development / Maintenance, including UiPath (required). Understanding of Scrum team methods and agile best practices. -Ability to independently design, develop, test, deploy and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and other technologies as required to improve operational efficiency and lead production-level automations in the Robotic Enterprise Framework. -2+ years' experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, VB, Python, or Java. -Strong presentation content and delivery skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships. -Strong applied knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots (both on-premises and cloud environments). -Ability to work directly with functional stakeholders, translate needs, and propose automation solutions with clear ROI. -UiPath Advanced Developer Certification. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Prior experience automating Oracle ERP and SAP applications, along with other technologies. -Bachelor’s degree. -Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
