Tasks
-Meet with customers to review concept plans, discuss advantages to multiple approaches, and work to define direction of project with design/build contracting team -Act as a subject matter expert for construction project managers and junior engineering associates -Perform site investigative due diligence and work with contracting team to value engineer sites -Develop and manage relationships with external surveying, due diligence and landscape architecture consultants. -Train and mentor junior engineers, assisting in growing the team in Columbus -Prepare schematic site plan, grading & utility plans to illustrate site developability based on site constraints -Perform storm water detention analysis, site utility design, and earth work analysis to best inform site planning effort for cost and constructability

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related degree) -Experience managing/mentoring a team is highly preferred -5-10+ years of hands-on land development experience in an engineering firm -Computer skills: proficiency using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
