In this role, you will lead the delivery of automation solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience. You’ll play a key part in driving Hyde’s digital transformation — identifying opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation, and ensuring these solutions deliver measurable business value and align with our strategic priorities.

  • Work closely with service teams and stakeholders to identify and embed scalable automation opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, build, delivery, and optimisation of automation solutions that enhance workflows and service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with Hyde’s architecture, security, and service standards.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend tools that support performance and innovation.
  • Create and deliver a strategic automation vision and roadmap aligned to Hyde’s digital transformation goals.
