The Role

Overview

Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems, ensuring safety.

Tasks

-Be responsible for preventative maintenance, necessary maintenance, and most repairs to the buildings mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring the systems are running efficiently. -Ensure the safety of our clients and their properties. -Respond to client requests, prioritize, complete work orders, and follow up to ensure minimal downtime and communication.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and analytical skills. -Clear motor vehicle record (MVR). -Excellent communication skills. -Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and other building mechanical equipment. -Holding any necessary required licenses based on building and jurisdictional requirements. -A valid driver’s license. -Flexibility to be on-call to respond to after-hours / weekend emergency requests. -CFC Certification (or ability to obtain). -General maintenance skills -At least 3 years' experience in building/property maintenance or engineering experience.
