  • Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
  • Monitor network ports, assist in MAC address tracking, and patch audits.
  • Configure Layer 2 switch settings, VLANs, and port assignments.
  • Collaborate with field teams during turn-ups and cutovers.
  • Advance network troubleshooting.
  • Support rack buildouts, patch panel mapping, and IP assignments.

  • Must be able to communicate with the customer and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience configuring switches from vendors like Cisco or Arista.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work well with other people
  • 2-4+ years of hands-on networking or IT infrastructure experience.
  • Must be able to travel within branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.
  • Must have at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory
  • CCNA or CompTIA Network+ or equivalent; fiber certs a plus.
  • Basic Hand Tools: screwdriver - all sizes (regular and Phillips,), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips (with belt sheath), pliers (adjustable, needle nose, lineman), hammer, cable stripper, flashlight and gloves. Multimeter, butt-set, toner/wand.
  • Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
  • Must be able to diagnose and fix problems with existing equipment and new installs.
  • Must be enthusiastic, passionate, patient and a critical thinker.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
  • Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
  • Familiarity with CLI tools, structured documentation, and cabling maps.
  • Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
