Tasks

As Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for the full commercial management of projects — including procurement, subcontract management, CVRs, cashflows, and final account settlements. You’ll work closely with construction and development teams, providing accurate cost analysis, managing budgets, and ensuring commercial success throughout each stage of delivery.

What You Bring

-A collaborative approach with great attention to detail -Experience with major FM contractors, cladding, or housing association projects -Excellent commercial, analytical and IT skills (COINS experience desirable) -HNC/HND or equivalent in Surveying or Construction, or relevant experience -Strong communication, negotiation and budget management abilities
