Tasks

-Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach on-site. -Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems while minimizing downtime for clients. -Perform quality control checks, equipment testing, and system start-ups. -Ensure compliance with all OSHA, company, and client safety protocols. -Safely install and retrofit HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, VRF systems, chillers, boilers, VAVs, and ductwork. -Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. -Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and field teams to ensure project schedules and deadlines are met.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to install and retrofit a wide range of commercial systems (RTUs, VRFs, chillers, boilers, etc.). -Ability to kneel, crawl, and work in tight spaces. -Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. -Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. -EPA Universal Certification (required). -3–5+ years of commercial HVAC installation/retrofit experience. -Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration principles. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred).
