What You Bring

-Associates degree in technical field -Computer literate -Bachelors Degree in related field -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Thinking Creatively – Applying creativity, seeking improvements, understanding from the customers’ lens -Must be able to full perform physical functions of this role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, and climb. -5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience -Listening to Understand – Open mind, learning from others, accepting feedback, embracing the objective
