Tasks

-Maintain project budgets to ensure profitability. -Collaborate across other disciplines with internal and external team members. -Create and foster relationships with key clients while managing client expectations. -Apply interpersonal communication skills to build strong working relationships, resolve conflicts, and motivate the project team. -Manage the clients, project staff, and consultants through the project process on multiple complex projects. -Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including identifying and recruiting high-quality staff with leadership potential. -Manage and develop project documents as per client, regulatory, and industry standards. -Utilize operational management tools, including workload forecasting, resource planning, and project team development. -Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition.

What You Bring

-A professional, accredited degree in architecture, along with 10+ years of experience and professional registration, is preferred. -Strong communication skills -Expert knowledge in advanced technology (e.g., Revit, Sketch-Up, Rhino) -Demonstrated project management and staff leadership success -Experience with workplace projects and clients is highly desired
