Tasks

-Lead the creation, execution, and evaluation of technical training programs across the region. -Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs, and performance data. -Identify and manage external training partners, certification bodies, or vendors as needed. -Facilitate product and machine trainings as needed to support the teams coverage efforts. -Ensure training complies with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. -Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and update content and materials. -Stay current with industry trends in adult learning, e-learning, instructional design, and technical training. -Develop and expand machine recalibration and light repair offerings in the field to customers. -Align with internal company Area Sales Managers and distributor partners to facilitate successful project training processes. -Ensure all training aligns with global learning frameworks while being customized for regional relevance. -Deliver and support engaging learning solutions in online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.

What You Bring

-7+ years of experience in the industry or company, with deep product and installation knowledge. -Knowledge of competency assessments and adult learning principles. -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education, or a technical field. -Prior experience in instructional design, technical education, or corporate training preferred.
