Tasks
-Provide operational support on day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency in production and service workflows. -Track and analyze operational metrics, preparing reports that support performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. -Assist with resource planning and scheduling, ensuring effective allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials. -Collaborate with the operations team on implementing process improvements and monitoring outcomes. -Support cross-functional communication between operations, field staff, and other departments. -Support the development, documentation, and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across departments. -Participate in special projects as assigned, contributing insights and solutions to address evolving operational needs. -Assist with data entry, organization, and reporting for internal stakeholders. -Format PDF only (no Word, Google Docs, or separate files) -Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. -Travel as required to support operations at different sites.

What You Bring
-Complete a Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug test if the role is considered safety sensitive. -High attention to detail and accuracy in tracking processes, updating documentation, and reporting. -Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. -Be legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid work permit). -Adaptable and resourceful, with a strong ability to collaborate. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with process mapping tools or operations software is an asset. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workflow data and operational metrics. -Be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and available from May to August. -Willingness and ability to travel for operational support when required. -Applications that are not submitted as one combined PDF may be considered incomplete. -Determined, resilient, and driven to see tasks through. -Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Strong written and verbal communication skills to document processes and collaborate effectively with team members. -Recent Transcripts (official or unofficial)
