Resident Services Associate

Overview

Deliver resident services, support operations & community events in a Build‑to‑Rent development.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure smooth daily operations -Support resident events and community engagement activities -Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times -Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings -Deliver first-class customer service to residents and visitors -Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move-ins, and check-outs -Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access -Keep communal areas and available apartments presented to the highest standards -Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of on-site health and safety requirements -ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training can be provided) -Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
