Tasks

As a Material Planner, you’ll play a key role in material planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and ensuring on-time material availability to support production across our MV, LV, and Smart Solutions factories. -Develop and manage MRP based on production schedules and sales forecasts. -Forecast and plan materials and services for MV, LV, and Smart Solution factories. -Ensure timely material availability and proactively resolve potential supply risks. -Track and expedite critical orders with Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. -Lead planning meetings with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Projects teams. -Support digital transformation initiatives for smarter logistics and tracking. -Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in BOMs, inventory records, and reporting. -Manage and reduce non-moving stock. -Optimize inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions to ensure on-time supply. -Validate and update BOMs with Engineering to ensure accurate project planning data. -Lead cycle counts, annual stock audits, and inventory reports. -Monitor ERP inventory accuracy (SAP) and drive corrective actions.

What You Bring

-Supply chain certifications (CSCP, CPIM) are a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field. -Collaboration: Effective communicator across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams. -ERP (SAP) and MRP knowledge required. -3–5 years of planning experience in manufacturing (preferably ETO/electrical). -Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data, forecast needs, and resolve planning issues efficiently.
