Tasks
-Sit while answering phones or reply to emails -Assist in the scheduling, tracking, and documentation of service activations, terminations, and special -Support process improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues or inefficiencies in daily tasks. -Monitor and manage assigned work queues to meet performance metrics and service level expectations. -Execute routine tasks in order management, billing, case resolution, and service support following -Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training programs to build subject matter -Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls -Coordinate with branch teams, Sales, and Customer Care to obtain missing information and resolve basic -Repeat the same movements when entering data -Promptly escalate atypical, delayed, or unclear issues to the appropriate team members or leadership for -Accurately maintain and update customer and service information in internal systems to ensure timely and
