Tasks

-Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross-functional teams with a problem-solving mindset. -Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and support month-end close activities. -Take initiative on special projects, automation efforts, and tool enhancements that drive operational excellence. -You’re not just processing invoices - you’re thinking ahead, spotting trends, and driving improvements. -Execute and review corporate accounts payable transactions with speed, accuracy, and ownership. -Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -Proactively identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to recommend and implement improvements. -Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external business partners - delivering top-tier customer service.

What You Bring

-Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. -Experience: 2+ years in accounts payable or corporate accounting (multi-entity environment a plus). -You thrive in fast-moving environments and have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the confidence to challenge the status quo. -You’re a strong communicator who can partner across teams and influence positive change. -Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in proper accounting principles (US GAAP). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Outlook, alpha-numeric data entry; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI strongly preferred.
