  • Assist with reporting, inventory control, and delinquency management.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for residents, staff, and external partners, ensuring high-quality service and communication.
  • Support and learn LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with state monitoring agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure timely task completion.
  • Collaborate with site managers and superintendents to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Manage conflicts professionally and contribute to a positive team culture.

  • Understanding of commercial real estate and tax regulations.
  • Familiarity with project management, site development, and property maintenance.
  • Background in real estate, leasing, residential property, or construction management.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Experience in administrative or operational support; LIHTC or property management experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with RFIs, agency coordination, and regulatory documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting broader team goals.
  • Strong skills in report writing and data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
